What does being approved mean for the customer?

Being an approved paving company means that we have been strictly vetted to ensure that all our paving work is completed to the highest standards. It also means that you are covered should Artisan cease trading.

What do I get with the guarantee?

Only an approved installer, such as Artisan , can offer a guarantee. The guarantee gives you protection on your investment for both the physical goods and the workmanship of your new pavement. New pavers are covered for 10 years and the workmanship is covered for 5 years.

Are all forms of paving covered by the guarantee?

All paving work and driveways undertaken by Artisan are automatically covered, with the exceptions of Pendle, Textured Utility and Richmond paving.

How can I get in touch to arrange a free quotation?

Yes. We offer the total solution from design through to implementation. We will work with you to create your dream outdoor space, working on time and to budget.

Can we see a design or layout before work is carried out as we struggle to visualise an idea?

Yes. We can create a scale CAD drawing of your design for you to view prior to work commencing. We also have an extensive portfolio that we can show you, which will help you visualise different aspects and layouts of your design.

Do you offer PVC decking?

Yes. We have a wide range of decking and decking accessories on offer, including wood and PVC.

What are the advantages of PVC decking?

Coming in a number of colours and textures, PVC decking is an extremely hardwearing and long lasting product due to its strong, durable, weather resistant properties. It is also very low maintenance as it doesn't require any stain protection or special treatment, so it can simply be cleaned with warm, soapy water.
